# Report a blocked site

> Tell the Surfsky team that a website blocks your browsers, after the steps in [troubleshooting](/troubleshooting#the-site-is-blocking-you) did not help. Send the page URL and a description: the block or challenge you saw, the status code, and the proxy and profile settings you tried.
