# Coding agents

> Set up Surfsky in your project with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or another coding agent.

Give this prompt to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or another agent that can run commands in your project:

```text theme={null}
Read https://surfsky.io/SKILL.md and set up Surfsky in this project.
```

The [skill file](https://surfsky.io/SKILL.md) tells the agent how to install the integration that fits your project and check it with one browser session. You need your [API token and base URL](/quickstart#before-you-start) for the setup.

## Install the skill yourself

During setup the agent saves the skill into your project and uses it for later Surfsky tasks. To add it without running the setup, download the file:

<CodeGroup>
  ```bash Claude Code theme={null}
  mkdir -p .claude/skills/surfsky
  curl -fsSL https://surfsky.io/SKILL.md -o .claude/skills/surfsky/SKILL.md
  ```

  ```bash Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor theme={null}
  mkdir -p .agents/skills/surfsky
  curl -fsSL https://surfsky.io/SKILL.md -o .agents/skills/surfsky/SKILL.md
  ```
</CodeGroup>
